According to an embodiment of the present invention, a roof opening and closing type greenhouse includes: a plurality of rafters which are respectively formed in bar shapes, are positioned to be separated from one another in the longitudinal direction of a greenhouse to form the roof of the greenhouse, and have both ends connected to a vertical column； a ridge vent which is positioned in the longitudinal direction of the greenhouse in the upper center of the rafters, and connects the rafters； a ceiling bar which is able to rotate by being connected through a hinge to at least one between both sides of the ridge vent in an upper part, and is positioned among the rafters； a ceiling finishing bar which is orthogonal to the ceiling bar by being connected to the lower end part of the ceiling bar, and is in contact with the upper surface of the rafters by the ceiling bar or is separated from the upper surface of the rafters； and a control unit which simultaneously rotates the ceiling bar by being connected to the rafters and the ceiling bar in the lower side of the rafters. A transparent finishing member is installed over the ceiling finishing bar, the ceiling bars, the rafters, and the vertical columns.
