Provided are combinations comprising 7-[4-(4-benzo[b]thiophen-4-yl-piperazin-1-yl)butoxy]-1H-quinolin-2-one (brexpiprazole) and at least one other drug that is used in the treatment of neurological disorders. The at least one other drug is selected from a mood stabilizer, a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, a noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant, an antianxiety drug, a tricyclic antidepressant, a tetracyclic antidepressant, an antipsychotic drug or an anti-ADHD drug. Examples of the second agent include fluoxetine, escitalopram, paroxetine, sertraline, venlafaxine, milnacipran, duloxetine, fluvoxamine and desvenlafaxine.
