The technical problem of the claimed group of inventions is to obtain a contrast optical image. The method includes an impact on a finger joint with a biocompatible immersion agent, the transmission of the joint by optical radiation is consistent over several wavelengths lying in the window of the transparency of biological tissues, registration of the corresponding images with using a digital camera located on the other side of the light source relative to the position of the joint, determining the image contrast is carried out within the framework of first-order statistics. The test area is immersed in an immersion agent for 8-10 minutes until skin tension is reached. Le procédé consiste à procéder à un impact sur une articulation de doigt au moyen d'un agent d'immersion biocompatible, la transmission de l'articulation par rayonnement optique étant cohérente sur plusieurs longueurs d'onde se trouvant dans la fenêtre de la transparence des tissus biologiques, à enregistrer les images correspondantes à l'aide d'une caméra numérique située de l'autre côté de la source de lumière par rapport à la position de l'articulation, la détermination du contraste d'image étant effectuée dans le cadre de statistiques de premier ordre. La zone de test est immergée dans un agent d'immersion pendant 8 à 10 minutes jusqu'à ce que la tension de la peau soit atteinte. On a suggéré un capteur optique pour la mise en œuvre du procédé (Fig. 1).
