The present invention relates to an underwater fish farm capable of facilitating the inflow and outflow of seawater more smoothly by using a solid cover in place of a net. A conventional fishing net cage fish farm has a problem wherein a net is fastened to the outer side of a frame and the net constantly is shaking due to waves. As a consequence, seawater inside of the net remains and is not smoothly discharged outside and thus, oxygen is not sufficiently supplied to fish and shellfish. To solve this problem, the present invention provides an improved underwater fish farm comprising: a frame formed by coupling pipes and connectors a cover having multiple through-holes formed in the periphery and in the lower portion of the frame and connected to the frame and a door, which can be opened and closed, formed in the upper portion of the frame. Accordingly, the present invention does not use a net and uses a solid cover which is fastened to the outer side of the frame, and thus, the present has the effect of facilitating the influx and discharge of seawater more speedily and providing oxygen to fish and shellfish more smoothly.
