A whole plant fermented puree for skin moisturizing and a manufacturing method and use thereof, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (A) mixing the powder of oats and white fungus, water, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae to produce a whole plant bacterial solution to be fermented (B) placing the whole plant bacterial solution to be fermented in an environment suitable for the growth of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and (C) centrifuging the fermented bacterial solution in step (B) to obtain the whole plant fermented puree for skin moisturizing. Since the molecular weight is low, the whole plant fermented puree made from oats and white fungus fermented by Saccharomyces cerevisiae can infiltrate the skin more effectively to be absorbed by skin cells so that it has an excellent skin moisturizing effect.
