The present invention relates to a hybrid knife for an endoscope, which includes different kinds of knives to be able to easily cut and separate submucous tissues in a vertical and a horizontal direction without replacement. According to the present invention, the hybrid knife for an endoscope comprises: a handle having a hollow space and forming an opening connected to the hollow space on one side； first and second handle sliders coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the handle to be able to slide forwards and backwards along the length direction； a pipe arranged in the hollow space of the handle and connected to the first handle slider to be able to move integrally； a second knife arranged to pass through the pipe and connected to the second handle slider to be able to move integrally； a fluid injection unit coupled to one end of the fluid injection unit and injecting the fluid thereinto； an inner tube connected to one end of the fluid injection unit and having the pipe arranged therein； a first knife connected to a tip end of the pipe； and an insulating tip coupled to a tip end of the first knife, wherein the first knife and the second knife can slide and move independently of each other.본 발명은 서로 다른 종류의 나이프를 포함하여 교체 없이도 수직 및 수평 방향으로 점막하의 조직을 용이하게 절개 및 박리 가능한 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은, 중공을 갖으며, 일측에는 상기 중공에 연결된 개구부가 형성된 핸들부와, 상기 핸들부의 외주면에 길이 방향을 따라 전, 후방 슬라이드가 가능하도록 결합된 제1 및 제2 핸들 슬라이더와, 상기 핸들부의 중공에 배치되며 상기 제1 핸들 슬라이더와 일체로 이동 가능하도록 연결된 파이프와, 상기 파이프를 관통하도록 배치되며 상기 제2 핸들 슬라이더와 일체로 이동 가능하도록 연결된 제2 나이프와, 상기 핸들부의 일단에 결합되며, 내부로 유체를 주입하기 위한 유체 주입부와, 상기 유체 주입부의 일단에 연결되며 내부에는 상기 파이프가 배치되는 이너 튜브와, 상기 파이프의 끝단에 결합되는 제1 나이프 및 상기 제1 나이프의 끝단에 결합되는 절연성 팁(tip)을 포함하며, 상기 제1 나이프와 제2 나이프는 서로 독립적으로 슬라이드 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프를 제공한다.
