PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of normalizing the culture of corneal endothelial cells.SOLUTION: A corneal endothelial cell culture normalizing agent which is a fibrosis inhibitor comprising a transforming growth factor(TGF)β signal inhibitor is provided. A culture medium for normalized culture of corneal endothelial cells comprising culture components of the culture normalizing agent and corneal endothelium is also provided.
