PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird damage prevention tool capable of suppressing an increase in wind pressure load area even when being attached to electric wire, and capable of securing sure insulation.SOLUTION: A bird damage prevention tool 1 includes: a body member 2 having a cylindrical body 20 formed as a cylinder, a slit unit 21 formed along an axial direction of the cylindrical body, and a rail unit 22 provided on both sides with the slit body in between and an attachment unit having an attachment base unit 30 formed to be in a long plate shape, a plurality of needlelike units 31, and a runner unit 32 arranged in a position facing respective rail units on the backside of the attachment base unit. This bird damage prevention tool 1 is capable of suppressing wind pressure load by reducing the size of the rail unit 22 compared to when a guide unit which is equivalent to the rail unit acts alone as a weight since the runner unit 32 and the rail unit 22 act as the weight in combination and insulation is also secured because the attaching member 3 is capable of being attached to the cylindrical body 20 without having a hole born in the cylindrical body 20.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、電線に取り付けられても、風圧荷重面積の増大を抑制することができ、しかも、絶縁を確実に確保可能な鳥害防止具を提供する。【解決手段】鳥害防止具1は、筒状に形成された筒状本体20、筒状本体の軸方向に沿って形成された割目部21と、割目部を挟んだ両側に設けられたレール部22とを有する本体部材2と、長板状に形成された取付基部30と、複数の針状部31と、取付基部の裏面の各レール部に対向する位置に設けられたランナ部32とを有する取付部材3とを備えている。この鳥害防止具1は、ランナ部32をレール部22に組み合わせて錘の役割をするので、レール部に相当する案内部が単独で錘の役割をさせる場合に比べ、レール部22の大きさを小さくして風圧荷重を抑えることができ、筒状本体20に孔を開けずに取付部材3を筒状本体20に取り付けることができるので絶縁も確保できる。【選択図】 図4
