The method includes: acquiring an elasticity image of an object classifying the elasticity image into at least one similar tissue determining a reference strain based on a strain of a reference similar tissue among the at least one similar tissue and outputting a ratio or a difference between the reference strain and a strain of an interesting region of the elasticity image.
