The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating or treating depression or anxiety comprising a Prunus cerasus extract and a fermented non-embryo extract as active ingredients, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating depression or anxiety comprising a Prunus cerasus extract and a fermented non-embryo extract as active ingredients, and to a food composition for preventing or alleviating depression or anxiety.
