A plant packaging box comprises a base and two main boards. On the top of the base is provided a bearing portion for positioning a bottom of the plant. The main boards are disposed at both sides of the base and pivot relative to the base, and an inner side of each main board is defined with a receiving groove. When the main boards are combined with each other, the receiving grooves will define a receiving space for receiving the plant.
