An objective of the present invention is to install a submerged-watering bed on an upper portion of a cart movable along a rail, and place a connection pot with larch seedlings planted thereon on the bed to stably supply water by submerged watering to resolve a problem where seedlings of uniform quality are difficult to obtain if growing larch seedlings particularly sensitive to water by a spraying method.
