The invention relates to a functional wound dressing being able to provide substances supporting the healing of a wound to the wound depending on the condition of the wound. In particular, in case of an infection which is reported to be frequently associated with poorly healing wounds, such as chronic wounds, a therapeutic substance is provided to the wound whereas in other cases no therapeutic substance is provided. The present wound dressing can be used in moist wound healing and contains a substance being able to absorb wound exudate from the wound and to provide moisture to the wound.L'invention concerne un pansement fonctionnel apte à fournir à une plaie des substances supportant sa cicatrisation en fonction de son état. En particulier, dans le cas d'une infection qui est signalée pour être fréquemment associée à des plaies peu cicatrisantes, telles que des plaies chroniques, une substance thérapeutique est fournie à la plaie contrairement à d'autres cas où aucune substance thérapeutique n'est fournie. Le présent pansement peut être utilisé dans la cicatrisation d'une plaie humide et contient une substance capable d'absorber l'exsudat provenant de la plaie et de lui fournir de l'humidité.
