The invention relates to the use of a composition containing 1,8-para-menthene-thiol and 3-mercaptohexyl acetate, such as a plant extract and particularly a Timur (Zanthoxylum armatum) extract, as an odour-masking agent. The invention also relates to a deodorising product in the form of an aerosol, a candle or a perfume diffuser that has a wick or is electric, containing said composition.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'une composition renfermant du 1,8-para-menthènethiol et de l'acétate de 3-mercaptohexyle, telle qu'un extrait végétal et en particulier un extrait de Timur (Zanthoxylum armatum), comme masqueur d'odeurs. Elle concerne également un produit désodorisant sous forme d'aérosol, de bougie ou de diffuseur de parfum à mèche ou électrique, contenant cette composition.
