The present invention relates to an ionized ampoule injection type skin care device to maximize the effect of skin care by discharging ampoule stored in an ampoule housing to the outside and generating ions to a PCB substrate embedded in a main body to ionize the ampoule, thereby helping the ampoule penetrate the skin. The ionized ampoule injection type skin care device comprises: a main body including a case of an insulator, an ampule housing which is detachably housed inside the tip side of the case as an ampoule container with a first discharge hole formed at the tip, a pumping means which has one side inserted into a rear end of the ampoule housing to allow the ampoule to be discharged to the outside through the first discharge hole, an ion PCB which is disposed on the tip surface of the case to expose an electrode for transferring ion, and a main PCB which controls the pumping means and the ion PCB; and a head including a coupling plate which, as a plate member detachably attached to the tip surface of the case, includes a second discharge hole having a central portion penetrated therethrough and an ion transfer pin coming into contact with the exposed electrode of the ion PCB, a cover which has a third discharge hole formed at a central portion of the tip surface in a shape protruding from the circumference of the coupling plate toward the tip side, and a discharge pipe which connects the second discharge hole and the third discharge hole.
