Method for optimizing the operation of a neuro-computer interface comprises recording brain activity, either individually or in any combination, by any of the following methods using invasive or non-invasive sensors: electroencephalographic, magnetoencephalographic, magnetic resonance tomographic, including functional magnetic resonance tomographic, transcranial oximetry with subsequent processing of data obtained by a computer based on the neuro-computer interface, which consists in extracting from the registered time sequence patterns, interpreted as commands, and transfer of the commands to external devices in relation to the device for recording and processing a signal from the device brain, where external devices are self-propelled chassis, flying platforms or computers, wherein during processing of the registered time sequences, an operator of the interface, in the time period between the beginning of the processing of a time sequence for selecting a control command and the completion of this processing and the subsequent transfer of the command to the external device, receives the preliminary results of selecting a command from all possible commands for selecting at current operation state of the interface in an accessible form for the operator, either individually or in any combination of visual, sound, tactile communication channels.EFFECT: use of the invention provides improved recognition of commands, supplied by a user, by the software and hardware of the neuro-computer interface.1 cl, 2 dwg, 3 exИзобретение относится к нейрофизиологии, а именно к нейрокомпьютерным интерфейсам.
