The invention relates to a method of evaluating the health status and/or condition of a person, which, on the one hand, implements a plurality of sensors of a physiological measurement and, on the other hand, a plurality of sensors of at least one environmental parameter. According to the invention, the method includes the following steps: - the choice of a type of evaluation, by a user, from amongst at least two available types of evaluation; - a predetermined selection of a sub-set of said sensors, based on the type of evaluation chosen; - a determination of a set of indicators each representative of a temporal evolution over a period of several minutes to several days of data measured by one of the sensors of said sub-set; - a determination of global information by summation of said indicators, after normalization, thereby enabling detection of an anomaly and/or a non-abrupt drift capable of ultimately leading to an deterioration in the health status of the person.本發明與評估個人健康情況及/或生理狀態之方法有關,其一方面執行生理量測之複數個感測器,且另一方面執行至少一環境參數之複數個感測器。根據本發明,該方法包括以下步驟:-由使用者從至少兩個可用之評估類型中選擇一評估類型;-基於所選擇之評估類型預設選擇該感測器之一子集;-決定一組指標,各指標代表由該子集之感測器其中之一所量測在數分鐘至數天期間資料的一短暫演變;-在正規化之後,藉由該指標的總和決定整體資訊,藉以致能最終能夠導致該個人的健康情況之變化的異常及/或非突然傾向的偵測。
