PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display apparatus which allows easy tracking of three-dimensional changes or differences in a lesion among plural examinations, without shifting line of sight.SOLUTION: In terms of a client terminal 20, a control unit 21 acquires tomographic image groups in plural examinations to be compared with each other from an image management server, arranges all of the acquired tomographic image groups in the plural examinations in a forward or reverse order of imaging, and extracts the tomographic image group containing a lesion region from each of the plural examinations. The tomographic image group in each of the plural examinations arranged in the forward or reverse order of imaging and containing a lesion region is then linked together.
