PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna device capable of preventing propagation of germs in a drain trap.SOLUTION: The sauna device includes a heating means 9 for heating water in a water storage part 6 a water pipe 7 for feeding water to the water storage part 6 a feed-water valve 8 for opening/closing the water pipe 7 a drain pipe 12 for draining water within the water storage part 6 a drain valve 13 for opening/closing the drain pipe 12 the drain trap 14 disposed on the way of the drain pipe 12 and water crushing means 23, 25 and 30 for crushing hot water stored in the water storage part 6 and generating fine droplets and negative ions. The fine droplets and negative ions are fed into a sauna room 2 for the sauna operation. After termination of the sauna operation, hot water within the water storage part 6 is heated by the heating means 9 and the water crushing means 23 is driven to execute a sterilization mode to heat the hot water in the water storage part 6 at such temperature as to heat and sterilize hot water for a prescribed period of time. When the sterilization mode is terminated, the drain valve 13 is opened, and after draining the hot water within the water storage part 6, the feed-water valve 8 is opened to feed water for a fixed period of time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】排水トラップでの菌等の繁殖を防ぐことができるサウナ装置を提供する。【解決手段】貯水部6の水を加熱する加熱手段9と、貯水部6に給水する給水管7と、給水管7の開閉を行う給水弁8と、貯水部6内の水を排水する排水管12と、排水管12の開閉を行う排水弁13と、排水管12途中に設けられた排水トラップ14と、貯水部6に貯留された温水を破砕して微細水滴及びマイナスイオンを生成する水破砕手段23、25、30を備え、微細水滴及びマイナスイオンをサウナ室2内に供給するサウナ運転を行うものにおいて、サウナ運転終了後には、加熱手段9により貯水部6内の温水を加熱させると共に、水破砕手段23を駆動させ、貯水部6内の温水を加熱殺菌可能な温度で所定時間加熱させる除菌モードを行い、除菌モード終了時には、排水弁13を開弁させ、貯水部6内の温水の排水終了後に給水弁8を開弁させ一定時間給水させるようにした。【選択図】 図12
