PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of a rear cover, reduce the number of part items and reduce costs simultaneously.SOLUTION: A rear cover 13 of a rotary 1 includes a pair of right and left rib-like plates 19 placed upright and in parallel at a predetermined interval to each other on the upper surface of the rear cover, a suspension rod connecting member 17 provided between the pair of right and left rib-like plates 19 and connected to a suspension rod 16, and a rib-like plate reinforcing member 20 to which the pair of right and left rib-like plates 19 are integrally connected. The suspension rod connecting member 17 is freely slidably connected to the suspension rod 16 freely vertically turnably provided on the rotary body side, and defines the lowering limit position of the rear cover 13 by engaging with an engagement member 18 provided at the tip side of the suspension rod 16.
