The invention focuses on designing and development of dual targeted biodegradable, redox sensitive amphiphilic multiblock copolymeric nanocarriers with high pay load of anticancer drug and scalability. These nanocarriers are based on block copolymer of polyethylene glycol and poly (E-caprolactone) with disulphide and urethane linkages in polymeric backbone. These nanocarriers were functionalized with ligands by which these nanocarriers are highly specific for cancer cells. These polymeric nanocarriers designed with biodegradability, disulphide linkages and targeting moieties shows promising potential as anticancer drug carrier for cancer therapeutics.
