The physiotherapy bed according to the present invention comprises: a bed which has an internal accommodation space； a neck massage unit which has a first rotary shaft of being perpendicular to a longitudinal direction, where a user lies, by protruding from a part, where the neck of the user is positioned in the upper part of the bed, and performs massage by having a first gear arranged to receive rotary force at one side of the first rotary shaft； a waist massage unit which has a second rotary shaft perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, where the user lies, by protruding from a part, where the waist of the user is positioned in the upper part of the bed, and performs massage by having a second gear arranged to receive rotary force at one side of the second rotary shaft； a motor which has a rotary shaft formed to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, where a user lies, in the accommodation space of the bed； a first chain which delivers rotary force to the first gear by being connected with the rotary shaft of the motor； and a second chain which delivers rotary force to the second gear by being connected with the rotary shaft of the motor. The physiotherapy bed according to the present invention has an effect capable of performing intensive massage on neck and waist parts in a lying position.
