PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily pharmaceutical composition comprising a base containing a hydrocarbon oil base, especially a gelled hydrocarbon and/or vaseline, which is improved in adhesion to lips in a pharmaceutical composition for lips.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition for lips which comprises (A) an oily base containing at least one selected from a gelled hydrocarbon and vaseline, (B) a drug effective in therapy of cheilitis and/or angular cheilitis, (C) an oil-soluble thickener or a solid oil component and (D) a water-soluble thickener. The pharmaceutical composition further preferably comprises (E) a coloring material.
