PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickle liquid injector for injecting a pickle liquid into a raw material meat, in which a problem of the breakage of a seal ring of a coupling 3 is eliminated.SOLUTION: A head 1 is provided with a number of couplings 3, and each of the couplings 3 has a plug 4 and a socket 5. Moreover, a taper face 6 is formed on the outer face of the plug 4, and a taper face 7 is formed on the inner face of the socket 5.
