The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly organic agricultural material using paecilomyces species strains and to a biopesticide manufacturing method using paecilomyces species strains. Specifically, an oil composition, an opacifier composition or a water dispersible powder composition for insect pest control manufactured by mixing active spores produced from the paecilomyces species strains with diluting agents, emulsifying agents and the like in an optimum condition is easily dispersed, suspended or mixed, maintains intrinsic insect control effects and is able to be usefully uses in insect control since stability is increased.본 발명은 패실로마이세스(Paecilomyces) 속 균주를 이용한 친화경유기농자재, 또는 생물 농약 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 상기 패실로마이세스 속 균주로부터 생산한 활성포자를 부형제, 유화제 등과 최적조건으로 혼합하여 제조된 해충 방제용 수화제, 유탁제 또는 오일제 조성물은 물 또는 유기용매에 쉽게 분산, 현탁 또는 혼합되고, 고유한 해충 방충 효과가 유지되며, 안정성이 증가하므로, 해충 방제에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
