The selected immunogenic PSMA polypeptide, the amino acid sequence of which has 90-99% identity with amino acids 15-750 of human PSMA from SEQ ID NO: 1 and contains amino acids of at least 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 , 17, 18, or 19 conserved T-cell epitopes of the human PSMA protein at their respective positions. 2. An isolated immunogenic PSMA polypeptide according to claim 1, which contains at least 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19 conservative T-cell epitopes of the human PSMA protein. The selected immunogenic PSMA polypeptide according to claim 2, which has a 94-97% identity with amino acids of 15-750 conserved T-cell epitopes of PSMA from SEQ ID NO: 1.4. The selected immunogenic PSMA polypeptide according to claim 3, which contains an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of: a) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3； b) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5； c) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7 ； and d) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9.5. The selected immunogenic PSMA polypeptide according to claim 3, which consists of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of: a) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3； b) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5； c) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7； and d) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9.6. A composition comprising an isolated immunogenic PSMA polypeptide or a functional variant thereof according to any one of claims. 1-5 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 7. The composition of claim 6, further comprising an immunogenic PSA polypeptide. The composition of claim 7, wherein the immunogenic PSA polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 17.9.
