To prevent the rancidity problem of keeping the taste and aroma of coffee beans constant, a space in which a carbon dioxide absorbent and an oxygen remover are located on a cover and at the bottom is provided to remove carbon dioxide or oxygen, and hydrogen gas having high antioxidant effects is generated to keep partial pressure of hydrogen constant. If a functional container for preventing the rancidity of coffee beans is developed and proved to be effective, it is possible that such a container can be used widely in other nuts and antioxidants which are easily perishable.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 커피원두의 맛과 향을 계속적으로 유지하는데 문제점인 산폐를 방지하기 위한 수단으로 이산화탄소나 산소를 제거하기위하여 뚜껑과 바닥에 이산화탄소 흡수제와 산소제거제를 위치하는 장소를 제공하게 하고 항산화 효과가 가장 큰 수소기체를 발생시켜 수소의 분압을 일정하게 유지하고자 한다. 이러한 커피원두 산패방지를 위한 기능성 용기가 개발되고 효과가 입증된다면 이러한 방식의 용기를 부패하기 쉬운 다른 견과류나 항산화제품에도 적용하여 널리 사용되어질 가능성이 충분히 있다고 본다.
