PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watering device which can quickly water the root of a seedling in a large amount at a low pressure and in the width of a ridge, when the seedling is planted or when soil is dried.SOLUTION: Water flowed down from a hose or pipe 4 is collided with a plate to weaken the force of the water, just before flowing out on the surface of the soil, and then watered. An upper disk 1 having a hole is fixed to the pipe 4, and a lower somewhat small disk 6 is held to be slid upward and downward.
