PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable expired gas analyzer using a telemeter, capable of solving the problems of partial absence of data on a receiving side in the event of interruption of radio waves due to an obstacle, which leads to inaccurate analysis, while retaining the advantage that a subject does not need to be bound when the analyzer is used.SOLUTION: At the time of an examination, an identification code is added to part or all of measured data. The measured data is stored in a memory, and is transmitted by a telemeter and stored in a received data memory of a receiving side. The receiving side monitors an examination status and, after the examination, compares the data stored in the memory of a transmitting side with that of the receiving side and complements missing data, if any.
