PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation image of satisfactory image quality, by making a more accurate correction by inhibiting incident of radiation or light to a correction pixel.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises a plurality of pixels arranged in columns and rows on a substrate, each of the plurality of pixels has a plurality of first pixels for acquiring a radiation image, and a second pixel for acquiring an offset signal, and each of the first and second pixels has a conversion element for converting radiation or light to an electric signal. The imaging apparatus includes a radiation shield or a member for shielding from light, which is disposed so as to cover the surface of the conversion element of the second pixel, the surface being opposite the substrate. The member is arranged such that its orthogonal projection overlaps at least part of the surface of the conversion element of the first pixel adjacent to a second pixel among the plurality of first pixels, the surface being opposite the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 補正用の画素への放射線又は光入射を抑制してより正確な補正を行い良好な画質の放射線画像を得る。
