The needle hub (6) has: a holding section (first member (11)) that holds the needle tube an insertion section (31) to which the discharge section (52) of a syringe is inserted and a flange-shaped skin-contact section (25) that is disposed in a manner so as to cover the periphery of the needle tube (5), and that contacts and/or faces the skin when puncturing a living body. Also, the drain (26) is provided to the skin-contact section (25) of the needle hub (6).
