PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot seedling tray supply device of a seedling transplanter which achieves a high work efficiency due to no interruption of work without an erroneous detection of conveyance failure of a pot seedling tray and can prevent occurrence of a section in which a seedling is not planted due to the conveyance failure of the pot seedling tray or absence of the pot seedling tray.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter includes: a seedling conveyance device 2 supplied with a seedling tray 1 and conveying while feeding out the seedling tray a seedling taking-out device 3 taking out each pot seedling from the seedling tray 1 conveyed on the conveyance device 2 a seedling feeding device 5 receiving the pot seedling taken out by te seedling taking-out device 3 and supplies the pot seedling to the planting device 4 and the like.
