According to the preparation method, the present invention can prepare an improved pig having improved traits of flesh, thickness of back fat, and color of black hair of the pig, thereby providing a high-quality pig and improving income of stock farms.본 발명은 개량된 돼지 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 돼지의 육질형질, 등지방 두께 및 흑모색에 관여하는 유전자의 SNP 형질을 고정시키는 단계를 포함하는 품질이 향상된 개량된 돼지의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조되어 품질이 향상된 개량된 돼지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법을 이용하면, 돼지의 육질형질, 등지방 두께 및 흑모색이 향상된 개량된 돼지를 제조할 수 있으므로, 고품질의 돼지를 제공하여 축산농가의 소득향상에 크게 이바지할 수 있을 것이다.
