FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at inducing death of tumour cells in living biological objects by high-electroconductive solution of Chlorine-esodium salts with electromagnetic HF- and SHF-energy of photo-wave radiation, known as HF- and UHF-hyperthermia. Described is a method for initiating tumour cell death, intended for local treatment of cancer patients having tumour tissues for hyperthermia in human body organs, characterized by the fact that before treatment, a person is transferred to a protein diet for 3 days, to increase electroconductivity and dielectric losses in "hungry" tumor cells, in comparison with healthy, saturated with electron-ion solution of sodium salt Chlorine-ein oral administration in megadose 120 mg in 48–72 hours after administration of preparation in 8–10 times higher, than in healthy tissues, selective hyperthermia of tumour tissues is performed by microwave energy in accordance with depth of their location and penetration depth of electromagnetic wave into human body 6.1 cm, at the resolved frequencies f = 2450 MHz with a total heating rate of tumour tissues at these frequencies of 0.037 °C/s, for 240 s to temperature of 45.5 °C, while heating healthy tissues is not higher than 40 °C. This enables to specify the fluorescent diagnosis of the boundaries of tumours and to conduct simultaneous hyperthermia of tumour cells by electromagnetic HF- and SHF energy of photo-wave radiation and to detect, and destruct, therefore, even undetectable tumour formations located in deep layers of biological object.EFFECT: technical result is thermal death of tumour tissues due to high dielectric contrast of tumour and increasing difference in its conductivity (dielectric loss) relative to surrounding healthy biological tissues, which reaches multiple values for various tumours.1 cl, 2 tbl
