PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for presenting a moving image obtained by properly suppressing a blur by setting strength/weakness of a correction degree of positional deviation on the basis of operation state information indicating a state of an endoscope device, and to provide an endoscope device, a method for operating an image processor, and the like.SOLUTION: The image processor includes: an image acquisition part 120 for continuously acquiring a reference image being an image including a subject image by continuous imaging processing by an imaging part of an endoscope device a state detection part 160 for detecting an operation state of the endoscope device and acquiring operation state information showing a detection result and an extraction part 170 for extracting an area including the subject image as an extraction area from the acquired reference image, and acquiring an extraction image. The extraction part 170 determines the strength/weakness of the correction degree of positional deviation of the subject image on the basis of the operation state information acquired in the state detection part 160.
