The present invention relates to a high intensity focused ultrasound treatment apparatus and a control method thereof. A high intensity focused ultrasound treatment apparatus comprises a first and second high intensity focused ultrasound transducer, an imaging transducer, a rotation driving unit, and a control unit. A first high intensity focused ultrasound transducer is formed with an insertion hole in the center as irradiating with high intensity focused ultrasound. A second high intensity focused ultrasound transducer is inserted into the insertion hole of the first high intensity focused ultrasound transducer as irradiating with high intensity focused ultrasound. An imaging transducer installed on the second high intensity focused ultrasound transducer and rotationally operated with the second high intensity focused ultrasound transducer for obtaining an image. A rotation driving unit rotationally operates the second high intensity focused ultrasound transducer.
