PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sugar management support device, system, method, and program capable of presenting extremely useful information to an operator when performing an insulin therapy on a patient.SOLUTION: The blood sugar management support device obtains calculation information for a calculation of an insulin dose, and calculates the dose on the basis of the calculation information. Then, the device prepares and displays a recording book image 102 showing a recording book arranged and placed for each time division of a day by using dose information 112 regarding the dose and basis information 113 which shows a basis used to calculate the dose as an information unit.
