Various matters concerning the injection of chemical liquid are detected with a simpler configuration. The chemical liquid injection circuit 200 has at least one tube 201 to 203 connected to the syringe and a thermal flow rate sensor 210 having a conduit forming a portion of the liquid channel together with the tubes 201 to 203.
