The subject matter of the present application is novel imidazoliciine-2,4-dione derivatives of general formula (I) in which R , R , R and X are variables. These products have an anti-proliferative activity. They are particularly advantageous for treating pathological conditions and diseases associates with abnormal cell proliferation, such as cancers. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said products and to the use thereof for preparing a medicament.
