PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette system integration type device for pumping a fluid.SOLUTION: A pumping cassette comprises: a housing which comprises at least tow inflow hole channels and at least two outflow hole channels； at least one balance pod which is disposed in the housing and is in fluid communication with a channel line, for balancing flows of a first fluid and a second fluid so that an amount of the first fluid and an amount of the second fluid become equal； and at least one reciprocation motion type pressure displacement membrane pump in which a pressure pump pumps the first fluid from an inflow hole fluid line to an outflow hole fluid line in the housing, and pumps the second fluid from the inflow hole fluid line to the outflow hole fluid line.
