PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin therapeutic treatment device.SOLUTION: A biological tissue to be treated is in contact with a first high frequency electrode 110 of high thermal conductivity. A substrate 132 where electric resistance patterns 134 being heat generating members are formed is longer than the first high frequency electrode 110, and end parts of the substrate protrude from the first high frequency electrode 110 when assembled. In the protrusion part, first lead connection parts 136 electrically connected to the electric resistance patterns 134 are formed. The substrate 132 is high in thermal conductivity, is stuck to the first high frequency electrode 110 by high thermal heat-resistance adhesion sheet 120 being an adhesive sheet having electric insulation. A lead wire for supplying the electric resistance patterns 134 with power is placed in a longitudinal direction of the first high frequency electrode 110 and on the side of the first high frequency electrode 110 in the first lead connection part 136.
