PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which a ventral side and a back side of an absorbent article can easily be discerned when a worker who replaces the absorbent article views the absorbent article from the skin side.SOLUTION: An absorbing body 10 has an absorbent core 11c, a skin side sheet 13, and a non-skin side sheet 15. The non-skin side sheet has a different color area Ac with color different from an absorbent core. The different color area has a portion Aca protruding from the absorbent core to the longitudinal or lateral direction at one end side in the longitudinal direction, and a portion Acb protruding from the absorbent core to the longitudinal or lateral direction at the other end side in the longitudinal direction.
