PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load voltage controller, an electronic endoscope and an electronic endoscope system that can supply appropriate power-supply voltage to a load regardless of length of a cable or its properties.SOLUTION: A load voltage controller comprises: a load that is arranged at a tip part a power supply circuit that is arranged at a base end part and a long cable that connects the tip part with the base end part. The cable comprises: a power line that transmits the power-supply voltage to the load and a signal line that transmits the voltage at the load to the power supply circuit. The power supply circuit comprises: power supply means that generates the power-supply voltage and outputs it to the power line and first comparison means that compares the voltage transmitted by the signal line with prescribed reference voltage and has high input impedance. The power supply means adjusts the power-supply voltage to be generated, on the basis of a comparison result of the first comparison means.
