PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell formulation useful for the improvement of cognitive dysfunction.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a cell formulation for the improvement of cognitive dysfunction containing a cell population containing (i) marrow-derived trypsin resistance cells or (ii) mesodermal progenitor cells obtained from CD105 positive, CD90 negative fraction obtained by a method for fractionating cells with flow cytometer using a surface antigen as an indicator; and to a production method of the cell formulation comprising culturing bone marrow cells collected from a human, subsequently treating with trypsin for 10-30 minutes, and resulting in cells which do not exfoliate from a culture vessel, as an active ingredient.SELECTED DRAWING: None
