The present invention provides a windproof and heat-insulating glove capable of accommodating a fishing rod. The glove comprises: a hand entrance (240) formed at one side to introduce a hand a fishing rod accommodating hole formed at the other side to accommodate part of a fishing rod and a body (110) of the glove of which a trunk part has the shape of a penetrated barrel. The body of the glove is formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle (S) with respect to the horizon. The fishing rod accommodating hole is first and second accommodating holes (150, 151) for a fishing rod that are formed at the front and rear of the lower part of the body of the glove, wherein a fishing rod is accommodated by penetrating the first and second accommodating parts.
