A hydroponic cultivation apparatus grows a plant (100) by circulating a nutrient solution (110). The hydroponic cultivation apparatus includes: a hydroponic container (1) configured to hold the nutrient solution (100)； a support portion (2) configured to support the plant (100)； a nutrient solution supply unit (3) configured to supply the nutrient solution (111) to the hydroponic container (1)； a nutrient solution discharging unit (5) configured to discharge the nutrient solution (110) from the hydroponic container (1)； and a budding enhancer supply unit (4) configured to supply a budding enhancer (112) to the plant (100). Thereby, the hydroponic cultivation apparatus makes the plant (100) produce a bud.
