The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a liquid coating a honeycomb surface. More particularly, the manufacturing method of a liquid coating a honeycomb surface comprises the following steps: preparing an organic-inorganic hybrid coating binder and mixing the organic-inorganic hybrid coating binder with a catalyst removing harmful gas.
