PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angiographic catheter for preventing tubes from coming off by securely fixing a main tube formed of a hard material which can be easily controlled toward an affected region and a distal tube formed of a soft material not damaging the inner wall of a blood vessel in inserting to each other using a special intermediate tube as a joint.SOLUTION: The angiographic catheter is obtained by connecting the main tube 2 having a steel layer 10 between layers and formed of a hard material to the distal tube 5 formed of a soft material via the intermediate tube 4 having two layers where the inner layer is formed of a soft material and the outer layer is formed of a hard material. The main tube 2 and the distal tube 5 are reliably fixed with the special intermediate tube 4 as a joint. Besides, connection parts between the main tube 2 and the intermediate tube 4 and between the intermediate tube 4 and the distal tube 5 are thermally welded by pressure when a heat shrinkable tube 15 is thermally shrunk under the presence of a core material 14. After the core material and the heat shrinkable tube are removed after connection, an inner diameter and an outer diameter are smoothly integrated with each other via the main tube, the intermediate tube, and the distal tube.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、病変部に向けてコントロールし易い硬質材にて形成した主管と、挿入時に血管の内壁を傷めることのない軟質材にて形成した先管とを、特殊な中管を中継ぎとして用いて確実に固着し、外れることをなくすことのできる血管造影用カテーテルを提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、層間にスチール層10を有する硬質材にて形成した主管2と、軟質材にて形成した先管5とを、内層を軟質材とし、外層を硬質材とした二層の中管4を介して結合したことを特徴とし、主管2と先管5とを特殊な中管4を中継ぎとして確実に固着できるようにした。また、前記主管2と中管4、中管4と先管5との結合部を、芯材14の存在下で熱収縮チューブ15の熱収縮時の圧迫により熱溶着させたことを特徴とし、結合後芯材及び熱収縮チューブを除去した後、主管と中管と先管を通して内径及び外径を滑らかに一体化させ得るように構成した。【選択図】図6
