The present invention relates to an improvement of the mouthpiece of a dry powderinhalation device wherein the medicament is packed in the blisters of singledose blister strips. According to the invention a portion of the air which entersthe mouthpiece does not pass through the powder containing blister, but followsan alternative path through the mouthpiece, enabling therefore the modificationof the resistance of the device in a simple and cost effective manner.
