FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular dentistry and is intended for mixing viscous-elastic two-component substances for dental prosthetic casts. Mixer contains: holding case, dynamic element of mixing and static device of mixing. Holding case on one end has, at least, one input hole for first component, and, at least, one input hole for second component, which will be mixed. Holding case additionally has output hole, located on the opposite end with respect to input holes and being with them in connection by flowing medium. Output hole is adapted for delivery of mixed substance. Holding case forms mixing chamber in its internal part. Dynamic element of mixing has, at least, one part, located in mixing chamber, made with possibility of rotational movement around its longitudinally passing axis and having ribs which overlap holding case to realise mixing of said two components.
